I've learned to keep a pen & paper near my bed - along with an acoustic guitar & tape recorder in reach - because most songs come before I get out of bed in the early a.m. hours and I don't want to forget before my daily business including distractions get's to me .To make sure I don't forget , I'll write down the score or record it before I get out of bed .  Since I've given my heart / life to Jesus I've found out HE is the author of all good things in this life and His follower's lifes to come ! i.e. A lot of this music is a little piece of Heaven !
